WPForms Sendinblue Integration: Step-By-Step

WPForms Sendinblue integration can save all the WPForms entry emails to our Sendinblue list. We will show you how you can accomplish this by saving time and work.

So, let’s get started.

Total Time: 20 minutes

Purchase WPForms Premium

The first thing you need to do is, purchase the premium version of WPForms. Unfortunately, today, the free version plugin doesn’t come with this feature – Sendinblue integration. So you need to get the Plus or higher plans for the SendinBlue integration.

Download Premium Plugin Files

Once you have purchased the plugin, log in to your WPForms account, and download the premium plugin files. You will also get the same in your registered email address.

Install & Activate the Plugin

After downloading the premium plugin, you can install and activate it on your WordPress site.

Get License Key

You need to verify your license key to receive updates and priority support from the team. The license key can be fetched from your account’s dashboard.

Verify Key

Copy the key from there, go to your WPForms settings page, and verify the key.

Install Add-On & Go to Integrations Tab

Once you have verified the license key, you can move forward, install and activate the add-ons available. After installing and activating the Sendinblue add-on, you can see the configuration option under the integrations settings.

Add an Account

What you need to do is, add a new account.

Open the Integration Settings

You can complete the integration with your Sendinblue account API key and a nickname.

Log In to Sendinblue Account

You must log in to your Sendinblue account to fetch your API key. Then, from the right-hand side, choose the SMTP & API option.

Find the API Key

You can see the API key on the next screen.

Paste the API Key

Copy it, come back to your WPForms settings, and paste it.

Give a Nickname

You can give me any nickname you like. This is just for identification purposes. If you plan to integrate more than one Sendinblue account, this nickname will help you identify your accounts.

Connect Account

Once you have filled those fields, click on the connect to Sendinblue button. Within a few seconds, your account will be linked with WPForms.

Add a New Connection

Now, you are ready to add Sendinblue to your forms. You can edit your existing forms or create an entirely new form for the integration. In this case, we will be editing a current form. In the WPForms builder, you can see the marketing tab. Go there, and you can see the Sendinblue add-on.

From the action to perform section, pick the action. It can subscribe or unsubscribe. To save the WPForms entry email addresses to our Sendinblue list, select Subscribe as the action.

Once you select the Subscribe action from the dropdown, the plugin will show you additional fields. The Email and List fields and mandatory. You can skip the New Email field for now.

Select the email field from the dropdown. And also, if you have multiple lists, you can see all of them there. From there, choose your preferred list. Once you have done configuring your form, save it.
