If you need to integrate WPForms and Zapier in the right way, check out this section. Below, we will share how you can do it step-by-step.

Firstly, you need to get the premium version of WPForms. As of today, the free version plugin doesnât have the Zapier integration. You will need to purchase theÂ ProÂ orÂ Elite planÂ for the Zapier integration. Once you have purchased the plugin, login to your WPForms account, download the premium plugin files.
After downloading it, log in to your WordPress site, install the plugin and activate. For updates and support, you might want to verify your plugin license key. You can fetch your license key from your WPForms account.
Once you have verified your license key, you are good to go. Now, we have access to our add-ons. Go to the add-ons section.
Now, you have to integrate Zapier with WPForms. With a simple API key, you will be able to do it. Go to the WPForms settings and integration settings. It will show you a custom API key. You will be using this API key soon.
The very next thing you need to do is, log in to your Zapier account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for absolutely free.
Once you have created an account or logged in to your existing Zapier account, you need to create a Zap.
From the app list, choose WPForms. And as of today, there’s only one event available. Select both, and you are good to go.
A new popup will appear. On that popup, you need to enter the Zapier API key and your website’s address.
The next thing you need to do is, set up triggers. You can see all the forms you have created on your WordPress site so far in that option. In our case, we have created a simple contact form for testing purposes. You can choose it from the dropdown, move to the next step. We will need to select the action in the next step.
You can connect WPForms with more than 2000 apps. For example, if you need to get a message on your team’s Slack channel when someone submits a form, integrate WPForms with Slack. On the other hand, if you need to get a notification inside your Gmail app, use the Gmail integration.

You can always search for apps there. In our case, we will be showing you how you can integrate WPForms with Microsoft Excel. Choose the app and an action event from there.
If you have a Microsoft account, you can log in to it. On the other hand, you can create a new Microsoft account if you are new to the platform. Once you have logged in, grant access.
You need to select the folder, title, column header from the screen. From the next step, you can test the action. What we have done so far is, create a WPForms, Zapier integration. Whenever someone sends you an email through the contact form, Zapier will notify Microsoft excel, a new sheet will be made there.
You can click on the test and continue button to test the integration. Once you have done with the configuration, turn on the Zap.
Within a minute, Zapier will turn on the Zap. From your account dashboard, you can see all the zaps you have created so far.
